Agreement

By signing this Customer Walkthrough Completion Agreement & Contractor Release, I confirm and acknowledge the following:

  1. Walkthrough Conducted – I, , have participated in a walkthrough inspection of the completed catio with the Contractor, during which I was given the opportunity to review all project elements.

  2. Reference to Original Agreement – I, , understand that all work has been performed in accordance with my Catio Services Agreement. I agree that this document does not amend, modify, or waive any terms of that agreement and is only intended to record that the walkthrough has been completed.

  3. Contractor Release – I, , acknowledge that Cat Topia will record this walkthrough as complete and will proceed with its normal process for the Contractor’s final payment to .

  4. Acknowledgment of Walkthrough Record – I, , have reviewed the Walkthrough Inspection Record displayed above, which reflects the items I inspected and marked during the walkthrough I participated in. I agree that this record accurately documents the walkthrough.
