The Split-Level Retreat
The Split-Level Retreat is a custom designed catio measuring 8 ft wide, 4 ft deep, and 8 ft tall, crafted with durable pressure-treated lumber and enclosed with black PVC-coated welded wire for safety. Built on a sturdy deck base, this spacious enclosure features a sleek metal roof for reliable weather protection. A unique partition wall divides the space into two distinct areas, each equipped with its own door for separate access and functionality. Inside, 4–6 shelves are thoughtfully arranged in each section, encouraging climbing, lounging, and play while maximizing vertical exploration. Complementing the exterior enclosure, the interior setup includes two additional walls built into the back of the garage, also fitted with shelves and dual access doors. This dual-environment design offers cats the perfect combination of indoor comfort and outdoor adventure, making The Split-Level Retreat a versatile and enriching sanctuary.
