This 10’ x 10’ custom cedar catio isn’t just an enclosure—it’s an elevated backyard fortress. Built with rich two-tone stained cedar and topped with a classic brown ribbed steel roof, the structure blends beautifully into the wooded landscape while standing tall like a true feline lookout tower. Inside, layered shelves, ramps, two cozy cubbies, and two hanging hammocks create a dynamic vertical playground designed for climbing, lounging, and mid-air acrobatics. A 15-foot tunnel wraps around the corner of the house, leading cats to a dedicated viewing area near the retaining wall—complete with its own roof for shaded supervision. The open-air tunnel keeps the journey exciting, while the covered lookout gives them a protected perch to monitor birds, deer, and neighborhood activity. Finished with durable black PVC-coated wire and full human access doors, this build feels less like a catio and more like a private woodland retreat designed exclusively for whiskered royalty.
