At Cat Topia, we believe every cat needs a catio. In order to fulfill the needs of our customers, we provide a wide range of catio designs. These designs are built to bring the best value at the most reasonable price. Our signature catios make it simple to buy. Simply pick a location at your residence for the cat house, measure to find the proper size and select a design that best fits the needs. If our designs don’t fit your measurements, we will either mend the design or create a custom design from scratch, After going through our catio service inquiry and design process, one of our expert cat-contractors will show up to build and install the catio. Cat health and safety is our number one priority. In order to ensure the longevity of our catios we use nothing but the highest quality, hand selected, pressure treated lumber. Pressure treated wood is durable and last for 15-20 years. It is moisture, insect and fungal resistant, meaning it will hold up in the outdoors with no required maintenance. However, sealing, staining or painting will extend the life of your catio. Pressure treated lumber resembles redwood giving it a natural, beautiful look. For those in HOA’s or wanting the catio to match the exact aesthetic of the home, we are happy to paint your catio so it blends seamlessly into your house.
