This catio is a striking 9 × 4 × 8 ft cedar structure—painted in a custom hue that echoes its surrounding landscape—connected by a 50 ft enclosed tunnel to a smaller catio. Its wrap-around design features multi-level platforms, cozy cubbies, and elevated domes that beckon curious felines to climb, lounge, and survey their kingdom from every angle. Black PVC-coated Critterfence mesh ensures unobstructed views and predator protection, while the classic ribbed steel roof guards against all seasons. This long, freestanding catio transforms a narrow side yard into a vertical adventure zone, stretching approximately 16 feet along the home while maximizing every inch of space. Built with warm cedar framing and finished with a clear coat stain, the enclosure features a combination roof system—clear polycarbonate panels over the window sections for natural light, and a fenced roof near the access door for open-air enrichment. Inside, a thoughtful low-to-high layout of shelves and ramps creates a continuous climbing path, encouraging exploration, exercise, and elevated lounging.
